How much is it going to cost?

We price by the job and not the hour so trying to give a reasonable price on work sight unseen can be difficult. All houses are different and not everyone has the same idea of what would make them happy. What makes it more complicated is that there can be an initial charge for the first cleaning..but not always. I have found the best way to give a reasonable price involves a home visit. It only involves about 15 minutes and gives the customer a chance evaluate both the owner and the service offered.
